Good Posture means more than standing up straight, although that is highly important. It means:

1. Stand up straight!

Pull your stomach in, put your shoulders back, head up, chest up and out.

2. Smile.

Lift your eyebrows and smile. It makes all the difference in how people perceive you.

3. Make eye contact with people around you. 

4. When you greet people, put your hand out to shake their hand and call the person by NAME. Hold the person's hand firmly, make eye contact and smile. Treat everyone around like they have a sign around their neck that says, 'Make me feel Important'.

5. Dress Your Truth. Learn all about it HERE! 

I had a amazing transforming experience when I found out about Dress Your Truth. My hair dresser specialized it this philosophy. I told her that I wanted to look more professional. She cut my hair, did some highlights, and styled it. Then she told me to ditch my current wardrobe and my make up and start over with the Type 4 style!

So instead of wearing brownish pink neutral tone lipstick that she said made me look drab, I went to RED lipstick and also shimmery magenta pink lipstick. I changed from brown eyeliner and mascara to Black. Then I stopped wearing anything faded or soft color or neutral/autumn and went to BOLD color clothes: Black, Red, Brilliant / Royal Blue, Bold magenta/pink, White, and Silver.

WOW! What a difference in my look! 

My kids' friends use to say that I looked Mean and Mad when they would see me, Not even having met me. Now People tell me almost everywhere I go that I look GREAT! Following the Dress Your Truth protocol has made all the difference it the world to me with how people respond to me AND how I feel about Myself! I feel more confident and happy and beautiful! 6. Look your best whenever you leave the house.

I use to go to the grocery store with my hair in a ponytail, no make up, and wearing gray sweats. NO LONGER!  You never know who you are going to run into and what opportunities you will have to meet people and uplift them or share what you have to offer!
