My Morning / Daily Q routine



I wake up at 6:45 AM. I have my human moment, and then I spray 6 sprays of Q Boost under my tongue. 

I then proceed to bounce on my Cellerciser for 20 minutes. This really helps me to wake up!

Then I take 1 Q Biotics. Then I get dressed and make sure the first round of kids get out the door to school. 

Then I take 2 Q Amino Acids. Then I get the next sets of kids out the door. 

By 9am, I am hungry. So I make an eQuivalent + shake with one scoop of chocolate and one scoop of vanilla eQuivalent + meal replacement shake. 

Then I take 2 EMPowerplus Q96 capsules, 3 Q Q Vitalize (Caffeine-free version) capsules and 1 Q Omegas.

Now I'm ready to shower and start my day. Ideally I would like to get up at 6:15am, so that I can shower right after I Cellercise, but I haven't been able make that happen yet. Maybe when the time changes and we move our clocks back, I just get up that half hour earlier. Really, I would be sleeping in 30 more minutes!

After lunch, I take 2 more EMPowerplus Q96 capsules and 2 Q Vitalize (Caffeine-free version) capsules. 

At night, if I don't feel tired enough to go right to sleep but I know I need to fall asleep quickly, I spray 6 sprays of Q Sleep under my tongue. I fall asleep in just minutes! 

That's how I get through my day having the mental sanity and physical energy I need as a mom of 7 kids and dealing with an auto-immune disorder.
