This is what I do to recover from a cold

It's that time of year when people get sick and have a hard time recovering. I have a few helpful ways which are from my own experiences and research to get over being sick.

1. Get the lymphatic system moving! 

My favorite way to achieve this is by massage and bouncing on a Cellerciser. There are many benefits to using a cellerciser:

2. Nourish the body!

Taking an excellent micronutrient multivitamin is the first step. In our house, we all take EMPowerplus Q96. 

Take extra Vitamin C. Q C+  and is an excellent way to get that. Also Q D3 is another excellent spray. 8 sprays of each under the tongue delivers the vitamins right into the blood stream. 

3. Say NO to Sugar products. For reals, processed sugar products are not good for the body and won't benefit you if you are trying to get over an illness. 

 4. Cleanse the intestines. A great product to clear out the intestines is Q Fiber. If the bowels are congested, it will be very difficult to clear up the nasal congestion. 

5. I am a believer in essential oils. So when one of my kids gets a cold, I get a soup spoon, but about a 1/2 tsp of coconut oil in it and add 1 drop of oregano oil and 1 drop of lemon oil in it. They take it orally and chase it down with a glass of water. I give this to them 1-2 times a day for a week. 

Doing all this, they are usually better by the end of the 7 days.

6. It's so important to nourish the intestines daily with a high quality probiotic that won't just be killed in the stomach. Q Biotics is specially designed to not breakdown and die in the stomach. It has a 12-hour release system to nourish the intestines with 2 billion good bacteria.

7. Detox Bath: I like to put 1-2 cups of Epsom Salts in a full very warm bath and soak for 45 minutes. It's a great way to detox.

Get Better Sleep!

Me vs. Me: without and with taking Q96

What is it like for me when I have NOT taken my Q96 for a day?

In our religion, we believe in Fasting for 2 meals the first Sunday of the month and pray for those things that we need help with most in our lives. I love this opportunity! It means so much to me to grow closer to my God. BUT.... Since I'm not eating breakfast or lunch, I'm also not taking my 2 Q96 in the morning nor my 2 Q96 in the early afternoon. When we come home from church after 4pm, we get quickly get dinner ready, Bless the food, and then we get to eat. For me, it really is too late in the day to take my vitamins. What is it like for me when I DO take my Q96 everyday?

I found out that the water I drink, Reverse Osmosis water, is ACIDIC. Didn't know that! 

I found out that the stomach produces stomach acid when you eat protein. So It is better to drink neutral pH water when you eat meals and drink alkaline water between meals. The stomach will produce the acid it needs to pH balance it while you are eating food.

This machine will do 12 different settings from very acidic water to neutral to strong alkaline water. The very acidic water can be used to clean the house. It can kill bacteria and viruses. The strong alkaline water can be used to clean vegetables. It can also cut grease. There is a protocol for cleaning the face if acne is an issue by rinsing in the strong alkaline water, neutral water, and then mildly acidic water to clean and balance the pH of the face. Oxidation and Aging

A day in the life of my 17 yr old son

My powerful story of what happened yesterday:

My 17 year old son was not feeling well and stayed home from school. He slept until 12:30 in the afternoon. I had to leave to the school so I reminded him that he should get up and eat and take his vitamins and then left.
Well, by the time I got back 2 hours later, he had only eaten and was back in bed.
