Strategies to Grow Your Business:

1. Personal Growth
-Life long learning
-Reading
-Listening
-Watching
-Attending
-Associating
-Budget - How much time are you willing to invest?

2. Network Marketing Skills 
-Finding Prospects
-Inviting Prospects
-Presenting
-Follow up with Prospects
-Closing
-Getting people started
-Promoting Events
Rate yourself in how you are in these areas and try to do better. Read Go Pro.

3. Product or Service
-Be a Passionate Ambassador
-Public Use - document using the products or services
-Train on products
-Gather customers - train your team how to train others in their downline

4. Time Management
-Treat this like a job: show up or get fired
-Set your hours: schedule what you are going to do and when
-15 minute strategies: blocks of time up to 40 blocks per week
-Fiercely be protective of your time

5. Consistent "Method of Operations" 
-Daily
--plan out your day, to do list, highest return of activities
--personal development: read, journaling, spiritual time
--Use product / service
--sharing product / service at least once a day
--Sharing opportunity at least once a day
--promote events

-Weekly
--plan out the week

-Monthly
--plan out the month

-Quarterly
--plan out quarterly events

-Yearly
--plan out yearly events

Don't be hot or cold. Don't fall below the baseline of daily activity. BE CONSISTENT!!!

6. Duplication Strategies (Be the Example)
-Simplify - Simplify duplication operations
-Tools - use company tools
-Systems - hot market systems
-fight complexity
If you do this, you will get results!

7. Events
-Meeting make money
-Annual Conventions
-Quarterly - Regional - local - home - online
BECOME WHITE HOT!!!

8. Communication Strategies
-Email
-Social Groups
-phone
-texts
-conference calls
-videos
-webinars
The organization that communicates the most, WINS!

9. Mapping out your year
-What are you going to do
-How are you going to communicate it
--Recruiting
--Customers
--Contests
--Events

10. Campaigns - Short bursts of activity
-Product
-Recruiting
-home meeting
-Conventions
-Tools / Systems (2 a day)
You have to recruit your team over and over!

11. Success Loves Speed
Occasionally, GO NUTS!
-Work a 12 hour day
-Work an evening for 4 solid hours
-Meet as many people as you can
-Take a week and Go Crazy! 16 hour days / 6-7 days
-Take a month (30 days straight)
-90 day game plan
Make lots of calls, recruit in bunches
