 First Thing:  Your autoship order must be at least 100 PV (personal volume) in order to receive commissions. I have attached a link in step four to the compensation plan. 

 ***Once 3+ people order on your website and you have accumulated 360 PC (Preferred Customer) volume from your customers, you get 120pv in product FREE. Once you accumulate 720 PC volume from your customers, you receive 240pv in FREE product. (One bottle of Q96 is 40pv.)

 You also get AMOR points on your autoship orders if you order by the 15th of the month. These can be exchanged towards FREE product.

Step one: Become familiar with the back office. There is a Success Cycle for new distributors that you can follow that will help you step-by-step to become successful at this business. 

Step two: Write out a list of names. Start with the first 20 being your flat-tire friends. This means, 'if you got a flat tire, who could you call for help.' Then move on to 50 names of all your good friends and family. And then continue on to make a list of 200 names of everyone you know. We have a method of helping you reach out to these people and ask them to help you launch your new business by trying a sample of our flagship product EMPowerplus Q96 by text or email.

Then he gives us 3 assignments each week that coordinate to the training. He teaches us how to be the best US that we can be, how to step out of our comfort zone, how to meet people, how to talk to people, how to invite people to hear our presentation or try our products.
